The ANZMAC Doctoral Colloquium is a great opportunity for students at all stages of their thesis research to share ideas, get feedback and be inspired by guest speakers, discussants and fellow students. The colloquium is a collegial forum to help students improve the efficiency and quality of their studies, and to maximise publications from their research.
The theme of this year’s ANZMAC conference is: “Marketing: Shifting Focus from Mainstream to Offbeat” and students are encouraged to reflect this topic in their doctoral papers and presentations.
The colloquium takes place from Friday 28 November to Sunday 30 November 2008. This is immediately prior to the main conference. The colloquium begins with welcome drinks on the evening of Friday 28 November. The workshops and discussion sessions will be held on Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 November. There will be a colloquium dinner on Saturday 29 November. All colloquium activities will take place at the conference venue, the Sebel Parramatta.

Doctoral Students

Doctoral students attending the colloquium are required to present their research and become active participants in the discussions and workshops. Details regarding the colloquium paper format are available here . for download.
As places are limited we ask that you indicate your interest early, a form for this can be downloaded here Please send the completed form as well as a brief summary of your abstract to anzamc2008@uws.edu.au
